Anyfitting products are covered by a 60-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, damage, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or purchases from unauthorized sellers.
If you believe your item is defective, please contact service@anyfitting.com within 60 days with photos, proof of purchase, and a brief description.
All returns require prior authorization. We do not accept return packages without authorization, or packages sent with freight collect or unpaid duties/taxes.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Promotional & Bundle Orders
Discounts from promotions (e.g. "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" or similar multi-buy offers) are applied to the order as a whole and are conditional on keeping all qualifying items. If you return part of a promotional or bundle order, your refund will be calculated based on the actual amount paid per item, with the promotional discount spread proportionally across all items in that promotion — not the item's list price.
Return Processing Fee
We encourage exchanges for the same item or an item of equal value — exchanges are free and waive this fee. Cash refunds to your original payment method are subject to a $6–$8 processing fee per return request, deducted from your refund.
