Warranty Coverage
Anyfitting products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 60 days from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, modification, or unauthorized repair

Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or resellers
If You Believe Your Item Is Defective

Required Photos

Internal tags showing style number and size
-
The full product laid flat
-
Bottom of soles (only for items with soles)

Clear photo of the defective area

Proof of purchase from the Anyfitting website within 60 days

A brief explanation of the issue
Our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.
Return & Exchange Authorization
Once your request is approved, our customer service team will provide you with a Return & Exchange Authorization and the return address.
Please do not ship your package until you receive this information.
How to Return Your Item

Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team

Include your order number inside the package

Email your tracking number to: service@anyfitting.com
Important Notes

We DO NOT accept return packages without our Return Authorization.

We DO NOT accept packages sent with freight collect or unpaid duties/taxes.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
